“During the past 25 years, innovation has been my ally, it’s a testament to our success.” – Anthony Braddock, President and CEO
Mr. Braddock’s vision for the Loch Harbour Group was to bring advancements in technology to bear on the challenges that our clients face in streamlining their business processes and lowering costs. Our company’s mission has always been to ensure our clients’ success in any way that we can. Starting as a 1 employee company, Loch Harbour group has grown to over 200+ employees today. LHG has not only grown in employee size, but also contracting successes with 27 active prime and subcontractor awards. We have served a variety of clients over the years, and want to take this time to thank our current and past clients for giving us the opportunity to work alongside their organizations. As we continue to grow, we look forward to continuing to serve our current clients as a trusted advisor, expand our support to them, and assist new clients with meeting their critical mission requirements.
Although we cannot all be together today to celebrate, we want to thank all of our past and present employees for 25 terrific years of service to our clients. Over the last 25 years, LHG has received numerous awards recognizing our outstanding employees’ efforts. In addition to individual employee recognized awards, our company has been recognized for awards such as: The Association for Service Disabled Veterans’ Outstanding Veteran Owned Small Business of the Year, the Secretary of Defense and Secretary of the Army “Recognition for Excellence” award for support to the Army Science Board, and the Department of Homeland Security Undersecretary’s Award for “Outstanding Contractor Support.” We would not be where we are today without our focus-driven and dedicated employees.
Outside of the workplace, the Loch Harbour Group team enjoys getting involved with community outreach and providing support. LHG is an active member of the Alexandria Rotary Club. Not only do we sponsor the club’s local events, but our employees enjoy attending and participating within the local community events. Most recently, LHG was a sponsor for the 2018 Saint Barbara’s Day Ball in Fort Sill, OK, and 2018 and 2019’s “Fishing for Freedom” in support of Wounded Warriors and GWOT Veterans. The past 25 years of business has given us the opportunity to get involved with wonderful organizations and allowed our employees to interact and give back to their local communities. We look forward to continuing to volunteer and sponsor these organizations and growing our presence within our communities in the years to come.
In the 25 years of business, we have seen substantial growth and changes throughout our company and we are so thankful for the success we have had thus far. We look forward to the future and seeing the company continue to grow from the support of our outstanding employees and clients.
