February 3, 2015 – Alexandria, VA – Loch Harbour Group (LHG), a professional services consulting company serving the Federal government and private sectors, is pleased to announce the award of an OASIS task order to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance to the US Air Force Directorate of Test and Evaluation (AF/TE). AF/TE is the Air Staff organization focal point for Air Force Test and Evaluation (T&E) oversight. Loch Harbour Group will support the AF/TE Directorate with a full range of technical and functional Professional Engineering, Project Management, and Financial Management support services to include: documentation review and analysis; technical studies; operational and statistical analyses; planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE); support of all Air Force system acquisitions; and, program management support for Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) and aerial targets.
