General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS-SB) Pool 3

Loch Harbour Group (LHG) was awarded an OASIS SB Pool 3 contract on August 24, 2020.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS-SB) is designed to address Federal Agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order (TO) level.

OASIS SB is a family of 7 separate Government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) TO contracts that span 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions. The services to be provided under OASIS SB are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Security Community. LHG is one of a select few small businesses awarded contracts under Pool 3 which has a size standard of $41.5M and includes small businesses of all socioeconomic classes. Agencies that use this pool will receive small business credit for TOs awarded within Pool 3. The NAICS code included in Pool 3 is 541330 Exception A: Engineering Services.
